Who we are

This privacy policy applies to all brands and websites operated by MDH Design Studio Limited, including itsmelissahoward and Brand on Demand. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean MDH Design Studio Limited.

What information we collect

We collect the following personal information when you sign up for any of our freebies, memberships, courses, services, or waitlists:

We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment card details, or anything beyond what is listed above through our own forms. Payment information is handled directly and securely by our payment processors (see below) and we never see or store your card details.

Why we collect it and what we do with it

We collect your information so we can:

• → Keep you updated about products, services, and offers from our brands but only if you've said that's okay
• → Manage your membership or course access
• → Process your purchase and keep records as required

We will never sell your data to anyone. Ever.

If we work with affiliate partners, we will always be transparent about that relationship. Any affiliate arrangements will be clearly disclosed and your data will not be shared with affiliates without your knowledge.

Who we share your data with

We use a number of trusted third party platforms to run our business. Your data may be processed by the following:

• → GoHighLevel: our CRM and email marketing platform, used to store contacts, send emails, and manage automations
• → Lovable: used to host some of our landing pages and capture form submissions
• → Zapier: used to connect platforms and automate data flows between systems
• → Skool: used to host our membership community
• → Stripe: payment processing
• → PayPal: payment processing
• → ThriveCart: checkout and sales processing
• → ManyChat: used for automated messaging via Instagram and Facebook

Each of these platforms has their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We only share the minimum information necessary for each platform to do its job.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Marketing emails

If you have given us your consent to receive marketing emails, we will send you updates, offers, and content from our brands. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us directly.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not delete your contact record where we have a legitimate reason to keep it, such as a purchase history.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as you are an active subscriber, customer, or member. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal obligation to retain it, we will do so within 30 days.
